Went in to the office because they don't answer phones I was told by Medicare that they take it I get there and the lady was rude and said they don't take it I asked if they know anyone they said no I told them if they answer the phone this wouldn't happen

( Edited after reply) I went through their testing over a year ago& for whatever, unknown reason- the results are STILL not at my Neurologist's office. His staff actually reached out to ME, to ask for the results because they got no reply.. This should be a simple, basic step, not Mission Impossible.
