I moved to the Rogers area 3 years ago and struggled to find a doctor that I liked. On my first two attempts, I felt like I was just another person passing through. I also felt rushed, like they came into the room with a 2 minute timer turned on. It may seem like a high expectation but I want my family physician to care. We've used the Mercy system for all our family healthcare needs and have been pretty happy- even when unhappy, issues have been resolved quickly, which speaks highly of the staff. Staci has been my primary care since moving to the area and she is one of the best.
Staci is friendly and takes time to listen to all concerns and looks at the big picture. We trust her care!
