I would call this practice the McDonalds of medical care, but I would be paying it a huge compliment. The entire staff is completely inept. My wife and I have had multiple experiences of zero follow-up from tests and results, referral appointments many times simply do not get scheduled, so we end up having to schedule them ourselves, and most recently - my wife had a severe rash that was spreading very quickly. We tried to get in to see Dr. Condrey, and we were told she refused to see her. WOW
