I booked an 8:00 AM appointment online with no preference for a barber, received a confirmation text, and even spoke to a barber when I arrived. I showed up early at 7:55, ready for my scheduled time, but ended up waiting until 8:30 at that point I decided to walk out, so I’m not even sure how much longer I would’ve been waiting. I had a haircut booked here. It texted me two times to remind me and had me confirm it on the text app they use. And when I went to the appointment, the Barber was not there and they said he called off today so why wouldn’t the system let me know that? I took off work to make it to this appointment the least it could do would be to notify my he wasn’t there
The barber that cut and trimmed my beard didna great job. But no where did I see "cash only" they want you to pay each barber individually and they do not accept card. You have to give them cash. They have a atm but same shit. I had $39 in my account but they had to move money over and have to pull $40 which ended up being $45 with atm fees...super annoying. Probably won't go back.
