I’ve been trying to call the shop to cancel my appointment and the phone prompts you to press 1 for the receptionist and then it hangs up. I’m going to be charged for a service I didn’t get and no one to reach out to so I can get a refund or change my appointment. The online portal also doesn’t have a chat or email you can send to reach out. So frustrating because I really like the place but this is super inconvenient. I’m hoping someone can fix this.
We took our 8-month-old son to Stache Barbershop for his very first haircut, and they absolutely did not disappoint! Matthew gave me a seriously clean, sharp cut. The fade and beard blend are on point, and the whole look just feels really well thought-out. I wasn’t sure at first, but the more I look at it, the more I love it! He definitely knows what he’s doing.
I’m a female and only stopped in to ask for the bathroom but it was still a great vibe even for those couple of minutes. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by very friendly/welcoming guys. The cuts they were doing on the customers there looked sharp and flawless ↕️ the bathroom is decorated with beautiful art on the walls, stocked and clean
