I had Stacey's come out to repair my 3 ton unit. The office staff and service technician were polite and their charges were reasonable considering the cost of everything these days. I hope the AC keeps cooling, but if does not I will be calling Stacey's again. Thanks for the prompt and courteous service.
Best call I ever made. The technician was here so quick and he was a lovely gentleman and fixed my issue so fast. It's been literally a little over an hour from my call to my house back to cool. From taking a picture of the van just in case I was ever in need because I saw how well the young man worked at my neighbors house. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. Great service

I have a 1 bc I had to. They are quick at arriving but RUDE!!! We bought a new unit and they did not hold the warranty like they said they would. $90 to come out and move a wire!! The unit is two years old but bought with them brand new. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY
