Stacey did an excellent job communicating everything clearly and informing us when there was a task to be done. She clearly instructed us on what needed to be done or who needed to be talked to, to complete the task. She was always friendly, patient, and informative. We didn't feel surprised by anything at signing. Even though she would tell me when a task was put on the app to complete or sign, sometimes the app wouldn't have it updated for a few hours on our end.
