I had a great experience with this office and Dr. Lombardo. Scheduling was easy, i barely had a wait and everyone was very friendly. I was seen for severe itching that leaves me with bruises from itching so hard and waking me up at night. I let the doctor know my dog has also been itching and he has a vet appointment the following day. What a pleasure this past meeting has been. No fuss. No waiting. Right to the business of solving the problem. The professional, Stacey, was constant smiles as though I were family. Nice!

I would not recommend this practice at all. After spending thousands of dollars and more than a year and a half on treatments, the final answer was that they had no idea what was going on. In addition, the biopsy performed left a horrible scar due to poor technique, there were billing problems that required constant claims and, as if that were not enough, they charged for an additional minor procedure without prior notification.

Stacey, always takes time to answer all questions and she is helpful and professional. I wish I did not have skin troubles but ,if I did not I would have never met this wonderful office of people. It's very welcoming here it's not fake personality just to rope you in . These are people that really do care about you well-being

Everyone deserves praise; they are very helpful. The doctor, Stacey, is very charismatic and attentive; I felt very comfortable during the appointment.
