Dr. Thornton is probably one of the best doctors I’ve met in a long time. He’s very kind understanding and reassuring. Answered all my questions and made both my husband and I very comfortable. His team is also absolutely amazing. Very kind and supportive.
Horrible communication and dragging my wife along / playing with her emotions. Probably saving us from much more issues with their malpractice this early in. Everytime I talk to them they say they have room and can take her on and now that we went through the initial process they tell my wife they don’t have room. So now my wife is going to have to drive over an hour for a different place when we are new Denison locals. Huge slap in the face and causing my wife extreme stress with all the back and forth.
Had an appointment scheduled. Was called a few days before and told by the girl on the phone they won’t be seeing new patients and she could put me on a wait list if they decide to see new patients again….. Of course I was upset as I’ve waited 2 months for this appointment, and her reply was “well someone died in the office”. My apologies that someone died in the office, if you were calling to reschedule no big deal. But to cancel an appointment and give no future option after I’ve already been waiting to be seen let me know... read more
3rd time they’ve cancelled. This time their reasoning was he isn’t accepting new patients now. My wife was already on a 8 month wait.
