My neurology appointment with Dr. Epps was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional. I had been waiting for this appointment with excitement for months, as every clinic in Richmond is backed up with very long lead times. I have never felt more dismissed and belittled in my life, and his utter lack of empathy was absolutely galling. Just one of the most personable doctors I have ever encountered. My Special Needs Adult daughter likes to “talk” during annual visits and he actually remembers her favorite TV personalities and talks to her about them‼️ He’s a keeper
My mother who had been waiting for an appointment for two months was five minutes late today due, and Dr. Epps refused to see her. However, she has had to wait on him during previous appointments and he didn’t see any problem in that. Where has all the great help gone? Bedside manner and customer service doesn’t seem to exist in this ofc.
Thoughtful, compassionate, and knowledgeable doctor and staff. The wait was short and everyone was helpful.
