Thoughtful, compassionate, and knowledgeable doctor and staff. The wait was short and everyone was helpful.

I had been Dr. Epps patient for 7 years, until the practice did not accept the insurance my job switched to. He referred me to an amazing neurologist who just retired in May. I was fortunate enough to be able to return to Dr. Epps. The only downside was that it took an extremely long time to be able to get a new patient appointment. The office staff are very respectful and friendly. Dr. Epps is the BEST neurologist in Chesterfield, Va.. I have been seeing Dr. Epps for 16 years and since day 1 he put me on medication that stopped my seizures and follows up with blood work and MRI’s every few years to ensure everything is good. He is the BEST!
I cannot understand who and why would recommend this doctor. I made a huge mistake going there because someone said he was good. He is first off all shows no desire to help, his appointments constantly get delayed, he never goes through the medical notes. His clueless assistant called me while I was driving to his office to ask me for an update since my last appointment 6 months ago.
