Worst company I dealt with. I’m living in 1105 Jalna blvd, I’ve water leak since September 19, they sent 3 techs to find it. Last time the technician said we found it and we will schedule appointment, which should be today to fix it. When a technician came today said we have to schedule another appointment. I’VE BEEN WAITING OVER THREE WEEKS FOR SMALL LEAK REPAIR.
I live in 1105 Jalna blvd they came 3 times to my apartment,and everytime they come they reschedule it.it has been 3 weeks and still waiting them to repair!
5 Stars! Devon was great. I had a pressure issue on the kitchen and a flushed item down the toilet. He came in and tested my lines in the kitchen and quickly identified the problem. He also managed to get a bidet nozzle cover out of the toilet with a very impressive looking snake. He was friendly and walked me through what he was doing. Very knowledgeable.
Just had John come in to fix a leaking sink stainer. He ended up also having to replace the pee trap. Honestly, this has been the best experience I've had with a plumber. Normally they carry no parts on the truck and I'm charged for the time to pick up parts around town, not this time. Very impressed with their service and price. Will definitely call them again.
Casey did a great job installing a new toilet and fixing the leaky kitchen faucet. He disposed of the old toilet, too. Also, thanks for your tip on how to take the toilet seat off for better cleaning. He left the bathroom and kitchen tidy when he completed his tasks. Thank you!
