Moved in my new home a month ago. Mrs. Annissa was great through buying process. Great area. Everything is conveniently close. very quiet other than construction. Just reminder that there will be work trucks blocking the road in areas where new homes are being built, and u will hear loud tools in the early morning until 6pm.

I had been looking for a house for months everything was to high and eeded work done on them. On black Friday I was looking for deals an a house in stableview looked nice and had a sale so I came looked and loved the house the area it's on the line of Lafayette and Carencro although it has a Lafayette address Carencro police are over the area everything is so close 8 minutes from Louisiana Ave my favorite place to shop, 2 minutes from Walmart, SuperOne and several eating places.
