He communicated before, during, and after repairs and was professional, articulated problems, shared sound suggestions and recommendations. He takes pride in his work and for that reason, Stable Temp is my first choice in heat/air conditioning maintenance and repairs.
Our Mr. Cool split-zone system stopped providing heat. Kevin determined the problem and made the contacts with Mr. Cool to provide an outdoor control panel. Kevin was also our installer two weeks later. He was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. Stable Temp HVAC is lucky to have Kevin as an employee.
