I've been visiting Miki for the last year on a regular basis for remedial massages. She created my therapy while asking me for my description of unease, the exercises which may have let to thight muscles and her assessment of those muscle areas. If required cupping and dry needling were added to provide the most effective treatment. I always felt very welcome and in good hands. Found Stable on Google, very glad I did. The process was streamlined, my masseur Claire was good and friendly, the pricing was good for my 1hr massage ($20 first time booking discount applied too). The room was clean and calming. I could use my private health insurance too. I left feeling like the massage achieved what I hoped, to reduce the tightness I was feeling in my lower back, glutes and legs.
