After using Stabilus' application software the wrong item was sent. When returning the item I was made to pay return shipping costs, $11.95 for a $24.21 purchase. This was no fault of my own and wrong in my opinion. Of course I will not be doing any additional business with Stabilus going forward. Mark Bottrell
