I have to say that Annabela is the main reason I am staying with American Family. I had David McCoy as a rep and he left, ignored my calls and nobody told me he was gone. Rebecca of American Family Insurance is really a nice person. She has taken a good length of time to explain me all facts and benefits of taking a home and cars insurance. She didn’t push me or rush me, in fact asked me to take a couple of days. I never had such a wonderful time talking to an insurance agent in my life.
