I have been working with Kate Sabo through Stability Mental Health for a couple of months. I found Kate through Zodoc initially, but set up and scheduling was very easy. Stability has been great so far when it comes to messaging and billing. Kate as a therapist has really been a positive force in my life. Her ability to listen, guide, and help interpreted feelings or reactions has really helped me with my personal and professional life. Kate has a great mixture of humor, boldness, and compassion in her therapy.
Kate was attentive and kind. She lead the session professionally and was able to really idetify and empathize with my goals and was quick to come up with a good plan for my care. I look forward to being a patient for a long time as I navigate life, trauma and motherhood.
Courtney is always helpful and takes time to answer my questions and always asks me if there’s anything else she can do to help me.
