It is quite sad that I have to write this review because I truly do not like to criticize people but I am compelled to doing this to prevent people from experiencing the same problems. My first appointment with Mark Staats was cancelled 10 minutes prior to my arrival and they knew I was driving from Kitchener. I still decided to meet with him because I had a good feeling about what I had read online about this firm. I met with Mark for 2 hours and paid him accordingly.
