I don`t understand how this law firm has 4 star rating. I made appointment that was two weeks out. The secretary actually called me 20 minutes before my first appointment with Mark Staats to cancel. She then called me 30 minutes before my rescheduled appointment to reschedule AGAIN from AM to PM that day. I finally met with Mark for first meeting ($425 per hour) and we agreed that I would do some homework and follow up with him via email to update him with progress of my estate situation.
