Have used Staas twice. Each time I told them exactly which bath was involved. First time the bill was about \$170 (reasonable). The next time they ran snake and found clog, but did not completely clear it. He then spent time running snake down another line, that accomplished nothing. Then ran scope and concluded that the initial line I pointed out was the problem, but he would need to come back the next day(left about 4:00). We used Staas Plumbing to install a new bath with all the fixtures. It has been a complete mess ever since. The nobes dont work and the bath wasnt leveled correctly so now we have to have a moldy line of caulk around where the wall surround meets the bath. They refused to have anyone come out and fix it on our schedule they expect us to take off for work because not being able to use your cold water apparently isnt an emergency.

Very happy with this company. Courteous, efficient, did a very good repair job at a reasonable price. Will definitely use again in the future and recommend them to anyone.
