This is Sam & Mary Al-Khayyat, we just received a call that our miniature schnauzer, Aston was ready to be picked up. When we took Aston ourselves after she’d passed, to Staab to be cremated...well you can imagine how distraught we were. PJ Staab came out to the car, gave me a long hug and assured me she was in very good hands. He stood and comforted a very distraught, upset mommy.
