We had some minor damage to our roof in 2025. Another local company came out and did an assessment, and tried to get our insurance to replace our entire roof. After finding out that the insurance would not cover the cost of a full roof, they completely ignored us and we had plastic on our roof the whole year. We recently got our roof replaced, and they did a great job. It looks wonderful! Excellent communication, fair pricing, timely and efficient work. Can’t recommend them enough!
It's so refreshing to find an honest construction company. I highly recommend STA. They answered all my questions.
We were thinking of having our house sided and talked to John Ellwood . He suggested we have some cedar boards replaced and this saved us a bunch of money! Their work was great and we’ve since had the house painted and it’s gorgeous. I thank them for their knowledge and honest opinions!
STA just recently installed new gutters for us. One of the reasons besides cost (which was important) was that John is very attentive to customer needs. Small things like letting us know when he was running late, and promptly returning texts was a big reason we picked STA. It proved right when I texted him about a small issue we were having with one of the gutters. Within hours he told me he would have someone look at it and within 2 days it was fixed. Definitely reliable. By the way the gutters look an work great.
