I've been trying to buy a used Jaguar through STA for the last two weeks. Over those two weeks I called several times with questions and was passed around to various sales reps, none of which had a recollection of talking to me. I asked for a Carfax and additional photos three times before receiving them. Further complicating matters, they don't consistently answer their phone. Had an overall positive experience with Johnny at STA Auto. THe was courteous, professional, and responsive to my questions. The dealership was organized and communication was clear throughout the visit. I’m still evaluating the car itself and will update my review after more time with it, but for now I’d recommend checking them out if you’re shopping for a used vehicle.
We live two hours away but found an amazing deal on a truck. They made sure we could complete the deal remotely and brought the truck to us! Five stars. Johnny was amazing!
