If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had a FANTASTIC experience with STA Auto Group. John was the absolute BEST at making sure I have everything needed since I came from out of town. He was responsive to my texts and calls promptly and had shown remarkable customer service skills. Marcus at Thousand Oaks helped us with the paperwork and just like John, he was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Thank you, STA!
It took a little longer than i expected but the salesman made sure i drove away in my vehicle.
