Very attentive and took care of my issue.
Everyone at the location was nice to my son. Gave him stickers to make him feel comfortable, took the time to converse with him even though he is 2.5 . When it came time to place the glue and tapes he scream because it was new to him but was happy with the comfort they gave him. Had to say goodbye to everyone there before he left hahaha. Again 2nd time I had been there with a child and I loved the care.
This place is horrid! Two of the worst experiences I ever had at a medical office was here. I will never go again and neither should you. The one five minutes away in Monroe is much nicer. Cleaner. Friendlier and more professional. This place belongs in New Haven or the middle of Bridgeport. 1.
