Quick efficient
Well, my experience flat out sucked. I was hoping the virtual visit was actually a person that you could talk to instead of endlessly typing in symptoms that weren't even close to what I was Experiencing!!! Without a direct verbal communication in my ill state It was very difficult to answer the questions by typing them into a screen on the phone. I love the concept of virtual visit, but some AI in place of a person is not a virtual visit. I quit out and called my Dr at Hartford Directly.
Pleasant and professional. They made a 7 year old comfortable.
Arrived on site, no one was waiting for assistance. Assistance and Doctors were professional
