I used to like this walk-in but it's gone downhill. There's a Dr named Dr Keenan Tarabar who is an extreme alarm-nest and doesn't know what he's doing. This is the second time I've been told I don't know what's wrong with you, Go to the ER then. I went to the hospital to get a Prednisone script and an inhaler. He would not prescribe anything. I always come here and I’ve never had a problem until my kids were sick. I took them on a Monday n they got worse so I brought them back 2 days later on Wednesday well I waited 2 hours because the doctor and nurse went on lunch . How do you allow that and not have a doctor there? So before the nurse came out I heard her by the door and she said weren’t they just here and the girl in the office said yes and the nurse said they are annoying and She thought I didn’t hear her. I had a scheduled appointment today and when I arrived, I was told that the Urgent Care was closed for maintenance! It would have been nice to get a phone call to tell me this but there was no attempt to contact me.
Staff and doctors very nice and professional.
