I arrived at this urgent care location at 8:34 p.m. hoping to get a quick strep test before traveling early the next morning. The posted hours said they were open until 9 p.m., so I thought I had time. I initially spoke with the receptionist, Kelli, who asked for my ID and insurance. They don’t give a call back I had a uti and I called about twice and no call back worse urgent care facility ever
This is my second time attending this facility. Each time, the staff has been friendly and knowledgeable on the issues at hand. I will be returning the next time I need an urgent care.
rude and horrible and disrespectful. they were beyond disgusting and i left crying. whoever was on duty at 8:30 Thursday May 8th 2025 deserves to be fired. absolutely disgusting and beyond anything i've ever experienced. especially being sick.
