This is the second time I had to have there care for my health. It always goes very smoothly and very quickly. But at the same they always are very to the point on what my health is doing. So anytime I need them when I cant see my doctor. I well go because they help me lot. Thank you all the employees and doctors at this location. God bless everyone
After checking in I was lead to a room fairly quick, the nurse was very kind and explained the tests they would do during my visit, the doctor was also very kind and gave me multiple treatment options. I plan to come again if I experience another urgent care need!
I went in a little after 8 on Friday evening. I selected a pharmacy that was open until 10 so I could get my prescriptions the same night if the doctor said they were needed. My husband went to pick them up and the pharmacy said they never received them. The next morning we called the pharmacy and they said they only had one. We had to make several phone calls and the pharmacy had to make several phone calls to realize the prescriptions were split and sent to different pharmacies. I went here when the door opened and one person ahead of me. It took almost 2 hours before I left. I waited over 1.5 from the time I entered until I saw a doctor. The doctor was friendly, but if you're trying to get seen timely, I wouldn't recommend going here. They also tried to swab me to test for things I had no symptoms for, which I explained to the nurse. Both nurses had an attitude and were very slow. Very disappointing because I've had great service elsewhere with this company.
Arrived with a dog and because it was close to closing time I was turned away, sorry but this deserved to be reported
