Arrived with a dog and because it was close to closing time I was turned away, sorry but this deserved to be reported
I arrived at this urgent care location at 8:34 p.m. hoping to get a quick strep test before traveling early the next morning. The posted hours said they were open until 9 p.m., so I thought I had time. I initially spoke with the receptionist, Kelli, who asked for my ID and insurance. I’ve used this office several times over many years and have never had a bad experience. I’m so happy this resource is available
They don’t give a call back I had a uti and I called about twice and no call back worse urgent care facility ever
This is my second time attending this facility. Each time, the staff has been friendly and knowledgeable on the issues at hand. I will be returning the next time I need an urgent care.
