HORRIBLE, horrible, horrible customer service. The absolute rudest front desk staff I have ever had to "work with". Insanely careless of your well-being. Having worked in the medical field on and off, I have never had to deal with such incompetence and endless attitude. I am finding a new doctor and will never go back and will make sure everyone knows how horrible this place truly is. Do notttttt, I repeat, do not choose this place for your health care for ANY reason.
I rarely leave more than four (4) star reviews but Dr. Brianna Gray, Rosemary Wilson and the staff have earned a Five (5) star rating with their professionalism and the office staff is willing to work with the patient to schedule appointments as best as possible.
Started with this practice as of the new year. My entire family has been treated with compassion and caring. Both Dr Gray and Rosemary listened to our concerns and not the clock. The support staff was also very helpful and friendly.
Dr. Gray is a great Doctor but the office and billing department are incompetent. Claim was coded wrong and was denied by insurance. After almost a year of repeated requests that they correct it --and assurances that they would, the billing people in India turn the claim over to collections. I have turned the issue over to an attorney.
I would like to give a positive review but I cant, seems to be a business is all not a family practice, front desk was condescending, Dr Gray while being personable and polite does not come off as caring. My visits have been very pricey so far and probably will not return the search for a family practice continues. Number they gave was bogus went to another ST vincents cardialogy location hope patient care is better than website host.
