I will never return to your hospital. I saw how my mother was treated, and I was very disappointed. After everything I have already been through with your hospital, this experience was unacceptable.
I really want to express my gratitude to the reception lady who's name is Michele, young lady with long black hair, she went above and beyond for me on my mother's surgery day, 4th of Dec. My mother spent prolonged time in recovery room after her knee replacement which was very weird and so unexpected, I got anxious, my old father got anxious, we didn't know what happened, so I went up to Michele who was at the reception desk that day, hoping to see if she could see any updates in the system, she was extremely nice and helpf... read more
