1 star for the experience with the AM ward nurses on the 8th floor, the recovery room, the Night shift nurses, and the in charge (Ada). 5 stars for Ms Sally and Mr Tom, who went above and beyond with their service. We had been waiting and expecting that someone from surgery would update us on whether my husband was in the recovery room or on his way to the ward. I had a 7 day stay after my surgery. I was very emotional when I arrived, from the moment I met the concierge to when I was admitted the service was amazing. My surgery was running late and I was extremely anxious and emotional all nurses helped me and took so much time to make me feel safe and comfortable.. I was on level 8 . The nurses all amazing. The most efficient hospital i have ever stayed in. No waiting around, check in, operation procedure, staff and check out were amazing. All of the processes were fantastic. Food wasn't bad. Staff were efficient and empathetic. 10/10 for the staff from doctors to nurses to orderly and food service. It would definitely be my first pick if I need to go in again.

I’m currently waiting in the reception area to go home after spending three nights in Ward 10 at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital. I cannot thank the nursing staff, kitchen staff, and cleaners enough for everything they did for me. What a great hospital!
