Had ACL surgery. The staff were fantastic. And this is kind of silly to bring up, but the hospital has a room service style meal system. It was super cute. The nurses were great. Overall good experience and hospital was clean and organized. At the end of the day, it’s the whole team that make the experience. From reception to janitors. Not so much RN’s and Doctors. When the entire staff is happy it changes the whole vibe.
The level of care provided to myself and the other patients in this hospital was of the highest degree. Thank you to all the nursing team, other hosputal departments should be following the level of care you have provided. Very grateful.
Have used St Vincents in East Melbourne which was a fantastic experience. I have just been a patient at St Vincents Private in Kew. The care was simply fantastic as was the physiotherapy advice. From admission to release was faultless. The staff's attention to detail and their attitude to their work was wonderful. Thankyou.
Had compartment decompression surgery at St Vincent's Private in Kew and it was a great experience. Lovely care from all of the staff made my overnight stay very comfortable. I was visited by a physio, (Charlie) in the morning who was extremely friendly and supportive and I couldn't thank him enough. Would highly recommend. 10/10!
I had knee replacement surgery at St Vincent’s Kew and am totally happy with the excellent care provided by my surgeon Hayden Morris, the StVincent’s and Hawthorn Physio teams.
