Clean hospital. Lovely staff. Feel safe and professional.
Stayed at st Vincent’s private in East Melbourne twice in the last 3 weeks with outstanding service from the moment l walked in to going home all the nurses were amazing from making feel as comfortable as possible thank you so much
I know we sometimes hear a lot of bad press about hospitals. While nobody likes to go to hospitals I found my stay as best as it could be with good staff and the meals were great too. I feel sometimes we don't appreciate the excellent healthcare we have available in Australia. We are a lucky country and lucky people indeed. If you've ever visited a third world country, with third world hospitals, you'll know what I mean.
Very good experience here, check in was fast and easy, nurses are amazing, all you can eat free food, which is great quality, better than 5 star hotel to be honest.
It’s not the best experience going in to hospital when you are the patient. However from registration to discharge, I have to say the staff were nothing short of brilliant! Professional, attentive, caring. I was so relaxed waiting in pre-op I fell asleep! It was only a day procedure so I didn’t have a meal, just a snack, which was ok. Post op, I had the most lovely nurse looking after me and was never left wondering what was going on. Thank you to all at the hospital! You are super stars!
