Some of the staff in this place are horrible and rude. These certain people feel they can speak down and treat people like trash. My heart goes out to the people that can not defend themselves. Here is an example, I heard a nurse say loudly that The homeless man that Dr Kaplan saw tested for cocaine again. Why did she have to announce this man’s business to everyone in the clinic? That wasn’t right!!! Homeless or not they should respect everyone’s privacy. This place is a joke!! If you value your privacy go somewhere else!!!
Most of the staff is good and professional. They are helpful except Erica came off as a little bothered as if she was bored and angry today. I felt rushed and she didn't say who she was before barking orders. She came off a little entitled and arrogant.
