Called more times that I can remember to schedule my mammogram appointment . Started calling in November, left messages each time because no will answer the phone, goes to the menu to leave message for callback. I have never gotten a call back and now it’s January . Apparently no one is listening to the messages. Now I am trying to find another place to go and have it done.
I have a STAT CT Order that needs to be completed. It was ordered on Tuesday, and it is almost Friday, and still no CT scan has been done. I've called and like always y'all don't answer the phone and y'all do NOT RETURN calls from VOICEMAILS. It seems like you do not care about patient satisfaction or anything else for that matter all you think about is money for the horrible services you provide or act like you provide. Do better
The doctor, nurses and staff provided exceptional service. I highly recommend.
-Over 100 hours of video on my injury can be seen at yootoob channel mymedicalnightmare. -I visited here in August, 2019 for MRI, referred by then Northside Medical Associates (now Complete Health) nurse James Frankie Crumb. -MRI tech hand written notes reveal they listed my injury on the wrong side of my body. -MRI in this building with St. Vincent's Ambulatory, billed $500 but 10 year honors graduate / neuroradiology specialist Dr. Michael Brant Ruff (Vulcan Imaging) did not note the broken skull bone or 6 inches diameter ... read more
