Amazing, caring, professional Staff
Today was my first visit here and let me tell you Dr. Kim and her staff are awesome!! Thank all of you for a great experience.
Kimberly Bravo was the only reason I stayed as long as I did. She is an angel. I love her. HOWEVER, the office staff is extremely rude, as are the nurses. They were the straw that broke the camel's back. They act like it's a burden to them anytime a patient comes to check in. The nurses are horrible with children. Disgusting attitudes from all of them (towards my sick three year old son, mind you.) Kimberly bravo is so rude and dismissive and has talked down to me each time I've been in. Every single trip down to this office has me absolutely upset with how disrespectful she is, shes made me cry DAY ONE and didn't even apologize for it. Makes me wonder if she treats everyone this way or if she just doesnt like me for some reason. incredibly disheartening when all i want is to be healthy and normal. I dread going in each time, because she makes me so uncomfortable and scared.
