Came in for some varicose vein surgery with an overnight stay booked. Checkin experience was warm and welcoming with full explanation of what to expect and costs involved. As my arrival time was 7am I was sent up to the Vascular Reception which unfortunately wasn’t open until 8am so it was a bit confusing at first however the operating nurse crew arrived to take everyone through to get prepped for surgery. The nurses were very kind and professional, the decorations of the place and toys its nice, all was super great!
Every time I have spoken to the switchboard, the people answering are rude and just don't care.
