I go to St. Vincent's to be seen for my epilepsy and my last appointment was 4 weeks ago and they still have not sent my prescription to the pharmacy to have filled. I've called multiple times left voicemails and have not heard back from them and still no medication, plus I'm starting to have seizures due to being without my medication. This is ridiculous, yes I'm seen free of charge and I understand I'm not the only patient being treated but that's no excuse to leave a patient without medication for weeks

Had no openings for me even though I was obviously in urgent need of medical care. Not helpful at all
