Customer Service is not their priority!! No phone call to tell the customer when a change in pickup occurs. Not once, but twice now. I have sat at my house for 2 days waiting on these people. I scheduled the initial pick up last Wednesday. They have had a week but want to use COVID has an excuse!!! The stuff is outside on our deck because I had to set the room up for my mom. I bet if the equipment was stolen, they would hold me liable because of their scheduling incompetency. Smh!!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Left an 88 year old woman without a Hospital bed. Rude. Did not care that she was a fall risk and needed her bed. One of the worst experiences dealing with a company Ive ever had. I would give them zero stars!!! Find another company

The receptionist, Tracy is rude, argumentative and loud, her goal appeared to be to provide the worst customer service available and she met her goal, as a result of rude staff, and inability to meet my needs in a timely manner, She also refused to provide a supervisor contact information I am changing to another facility.
