Took me three years to actually write because of just trying to understand the Doctors and facility during a pandemic. Trying to be sympathetic of all the work they had to put in during that time. However, now that I have been educated to understanding what birth should actually be like, I want to inform mothers not to come here. Dr. Ignacio was probably the only patient one during my time of induction, understanding and sensitive to what labor is actually like. I urge anyone in the southwestern area of CT to NOT have their babies delivered here. I'm currently gearing up to serve them a law suit from my delivery in April 2022. If anyone wants details, or had a horrible experience around that time, please reach out. I don't expect to be able to do this alone, but if we band together on it, let's go!
** Do not let some of the L&D nurses convince you your baby isn’t coming early - after being sent home 4 times it turns out I *did* have preeclampsia (after having to advocate very hard for myself) and had to deliver at 37 weeks after being told a dozen times I was anxious for nothing. ** Aside from that, Saint Vincent’s was a pretty great birthing experience.
