Dr C.G. Soo is by far the most arrogant, unprofessional and uneducated so called doctor I have ever dealt with. He rambled on about an older injury that we weren’t even there for. Then he must’ve got upset and embarrassed when we explained that we are there for a different reason, a torn ACL. At that point I realised that he doesn’t read his reports properly. Absolutely terrible and incompetent receptionist in terms of handling appointments for patients. How is it possible that you manage patients' appontments and VERBALLY tell them where to go without sending confirmation emails to make sure they go to the right location to see Dr Krishnan? What if the patient has to take their time off work and travel 100km away to see the specialist and being told he only works at the Darlinghurst clinic on Wednesday and Friday???
