Absolutely terrible and incompetent receptionist in terms of handling appointments for patients. How is it possible that you manage patients' appontments and VERBALLY tell them where to go without sending confirmation emails to make sure they go to the right location to see Dr Krishnan? What if the patient has to take their time off work and travel 100km away to see the specialist and being told he only works at the Darlinghurst clinic on Wednesday and Friday??? Done my surgery nearly a year ago under dr fenton Lee still have pain I thought keyhole surgery is less invasive supposed to be much faster recovery than open hernia I’ve been back 3 times after surgery he says it’s normal yet I know many many people that have done it with other surgeons none of them are still in pain 1 person told me he was pain free after 3 weeks I was in shock when I tell them it’s been nearly a year and still have pain they look at me in a confused way… not happy at all with this surgery I wish I never d... read more
