My mums been a resident since 2018 and they all adore her and she adores them. When her time comes to go on her next big adventure I will always be so grateful for the love and care the staff have shown my mum over the years
My sister’s mother in law was admitted to the Willamdra unit today specialising in dementia. Without exception, all staff were polite, caring and made Madlin feel welcome, especially given her condition. I can’t remember all the names but TANIA stood out as being my first point of contact and has the most amazing personality for this position. She is super caring and just a lovely lady to be caring for others. I am sure my sister made the very best choice for her mother in law.
Their Memory Support Unit failed my father, kicked out after a week.
