I have tried to return a call regarding a referral that my Pulmonologist sent to Diagnostic Cardiologist office. I have been put on hold for up to fifteen minutes only to have the call answered and put on hold again. I’m at the point where I’m going to ask for a referral to another cardiology office. I called this morning to try and change an appointment and the switchboard operator was extremely rude, So much so that I had to hang up. I got a return call and when I answered the person hung up on me. So childish and unprofessional.
I was showing signs of atrial fibrillation (a fib), and they confirmed it. Unfortunately, after three cardiac ablations, I was still not rid of it, and had to undergo a pacemaker install for my health, which was done by Dr. Oza, who also did my ablations. I'm feeling much better now than when I had active a fib. I love Dr. Oza and his staff, especially while I was trying to deal with the a fib.
