Unprofessional and condescending reception staff. Nevermind the mix up with my phone number and providing me with wrong information over the phone. Everytime I came in, unfortunately I had to go three times already, I had to wait minimum 30 minutes without anyone talking to me. The receptionist would go an apologies to others but when I asked the first time how much longer the receptionist literally said "it is what it is".
