The slowest and most inefficient stuff I’ve ever seen. To book a basic appointment it took them 40 minutes (I have no idea why). To get to my appointment they asked me to come 10 min earlier (which I did) and then made me wait for 30 minutes. This place makes no sense.
They are the most thoughtful caring, especially Annette. I can’t thank them enough.
St Vincent imaging recently changed to Sydney Imaging Specialists and disappointed become less about service and more about the money. Not told cost of CT scan at time of booking to be told it’s $1150 after the procedure with a gap of over $500. Simple ultrasound of a gap of $320! Will definitely go somewhere else!
Have always done everything in St Vincents clinic ,never a problem with injections & tests ,staff are so wonderful & specialists, some l have known for many years .Always a positive experience. Have all records there , lf l need anything & copies or information, never a problem. Highly skilled & Professional staff & Professionals Yours truly Marika
MRIs can be a terrifying experience but the staff at St Vincent’s Clinic were amazing - so kind, knowledgeable and caring. Jennifer the radiologist and Victoria at the front desk were particularly friendly and caring. Highly recommend!
