Impossible to reach or make a booking for a scan. I have gone in to reception and gave them a copy of my referral. Was advised the team had left for the day but will contact me for a booking. Submitted it online for a booking request. I have emailed it as well. Tried to call but no answer after 15 minutes waiting and then the call goes to voicemail. Why is it so hard to make a booking at SVMI?
Very helpful staff Didn't wait all staff were lovely actually st vincent's is excellent for every department but I did find imaging wonderful very professional I just have to add nicki on reception is just the perfect person to be there I was a bit unsure of what I was going to do with MRI she was fantastic
I had to do an MRI and ultrasound there last week and the staff were friendly and warm, explaining each step of their procedures in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. It was not very busy despite being the first week back from holidays, so I was in/out of there pretty quick also. If I had to do imaging again I’d definitely try and get in there again.

Excellent and new CT machine, with lovely staff. Hayley, Rachel and Claire were great.
