Staff all efficient and pleasant.
I booked an appointment and they told me to come 15 minutes early. And then made me wait over an hour
The receptionist was very welcoming & helpful. They were very concerned with us having to wait & were prompt in finding out why & apologised for the inconvenience.
I had an MRI here the other day, the staff were so great. Easy booking process, very clear about costs and the gap, efficient and fast (while still kind, offered blankets etc). It was my 5th MRI over the past few years, and this place was a stand out for professionalism and patient experience. Berklow Books is very close by, too 😊
