Have always done everything in St Vincents clinic ,never a problem with injections & tests ,staff are so wonderful & specialists, some l have known for many years .Always a positive experience. MRIs can be a terrifying experience but the staff at St Vincent’s Clinic were amazing - so kind, knowledgeable and caring. Jennifer the radiologist and Victoria at the front desk were particularly friendly and caring. Highly recommend!

Unreasonable amounts of unanswered wait time trying to make a booking, 3 x 15 mins wait times today before automatic disconnection
Impossible to reach or make a booking for a scan. I have gone in to reception and gave them a copy of my referral. Was advised the team had left for the day but will contact me for a booking. Submitted it online for a booking request. I have emailed it as well. Tried to call but no answer after 15 minutes waiting and then the call goes to voicemail. Why is it so hard to make a booking at SVMI?
