This is my 3rd rehab thru St. Vincent Out Patient. I have had 2 knees replaced and most recently my right hip. The office staff always greeted me with a smile and were very helpful in setting up future therapy appointments. My therapist this go around was Jen. She was awesome !!! She took the time to explain and demonstrate exercises she needed me to do to help make me hip stronger. Excellent place for PT! Scheduling was easy, the office staff very courteous, and physical therapists I encountered were all very professional. They take the time to listen to your concerns and concentrate on what YOU need. My PT, Lynn, was exceptional and I liked that she was honest, and got to the root of any concerns I had to help me become better. Like anything, you have to put in your share of the work too! Highly recommend!
I have been doing physical therapy for approximately 2 years after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease !! I was very fortunate to have Lynn as my therapist !! Having done physical therapy with other locations in the past for back and knee issues I found that the therapist that worked with me did not help and seemed to not be interested in helping me !! Bridget did an amazing job on my knee! The staff were always friendly, schedule ran smoothly and cutting edge equipment. Great place!
