This hospital emergency room has the poorest quality of care I have ever seen. A friend of mine has been there 2 times in 3 days. I know he needs to see his PCP but he could not get there-he called them but no call back. He has horrible sores on his leg and they did not even change the dirty bandage he had on it - that is what led him to loose the other leg.
