If it were physically possible to give a lower rating I would have. I've only been to this place once in my life probably around eight years ago now and it was by far the WORST experience I've ever had at a hospital in my life. I was brought to the ER here via ambulance while having "heart attack like symptoms" and staff was more concerned with making sure there was a payment method on file for the visit than actually treating me. A charity hospital that refuses service if you don’t have a mask, but also refuses to give masks to patients.

I've went thru them for a consult and to schedule (attempt to anyway) for a spinal fusion surgery. Waited a month to get word. I had to call them to see what's going on, just to find out that the Dr that was assigned to me "didn't renew his contract with them". If I didn't call, I wouldn't have found out. They refered me to someone else, and I need to retrieve my x-rays and MRIs, which they never returned. I went to the Urgent Care here several years ago and would not go back. I had to send the xrays out for a second opinion which indicated that the xray tech at this hospital read the xray incorrectly. The doctor also diagnosed me incorrectly. I provided them with the second opinion but never heard back.
