I would never ever recommend this place to anyone! I nearly called the San Antonio Housing Authority since they were at one time Section 8 Housing. Since day one of moving in over 4 years ago I have been sidelined more times than I can count. Also management just turned over 3 managers since the beginning of this year (2014); and too many to count since I moved in May 2010. St tropez apartments worst apartments in san antonio – this is the worst place to live. when we moved in they said they are under new management, which i dont know how the last management could have been any worse. I have lived here for a year and my air conditioner goes out at least two to three times a month. When you call the office sometimes they dont do anything about it for two or three days. but if your rent is even one day late there is an eviction notice on your door, sometimes even when u have payed rent.
DONT DO IT!!!!! – my husband and i have been here for six months,and we can not wait to get out of this lease.in a span of 2 weeks our apartment was broken into 3 times.our car was broken into my window broken my ignition broken.when i told management my rent would be late i was told i would have to pay late fees. in total i payed 920 that month pulse the repairs i had to pay.they refuse to replace the carpet they told me they would grout my tile when i moved in tile has yet to be grouted.one night our electricity went out c... read more
The badest place ever – I moved in here a month ago with my daughter, boyfriend and some room mates. Not even a week after we moved in my car was broken in to and they stole everything and i can not even drive it now. When i told them they said it happends everywhere. Old stains are comming up from the carpet and we have fleas since we moved it but yet we have no pets. They will not change the carpet or do anything about it. Worst Place in San Antonio to LIVE – I am stuck in this lease for 9 more months. I would not recomend this place to anyone. The management is very poor service. We were given a one bed room apartment when we asked for a 2 bedroom. We asked for a screen for our sliding glass door because it was damaged when we moved in 4 months ago and have yet to get one. We have been waiting for our heat to get fixed for over a month. We have to run our dryer and oven to keep it warm in here. They have contractors working out here who leave... read more
worst place to live in san antonio – this place is the worst apratment in san antoino, they apt i had had no inside door for 2.5 mouths. when i moved out they still had not put a door in. i was without hot water for more than a week. the management was rude and the peaple that lived above me had the police at there housr more times than i could count. i finally just moved out
