This place is a complete disaster. The wait times are outrageous, and their posted hours are basically fictional. They advertise that they’re open, but when you show up, the doors are locked like some kind of bad joke. No notice, no explanation — just wasted time. It’s unbelievably unprofessional, especially for a medical clinic. If you value your time or actually need care, do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else. Unfortunately I have to give it a 1 star to write this review
Told an immune system compromised kid who had been battling a bad flu for 4 days to let her body do its thing. Only go here if you want incompetent pretend doctors. Got her real help elsewhere afterwards.
Wildly insufficient for a city of 42,000 and surrounding area. If you need to use this clinic, I suggest you arrive 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour ahead of opening. They will often fill all available spots well before opening. Please also be aware that the doctor is unlikely to arrive on time, so the wait will be much longer than expected.
