Dr Hertwig deserves a medal. He listened to what I had to say, you can tell he genuinely cared about what I was suffering from and asked the right questions to narrow down exactly what to treat. He gave me medicine for the things I've been suffering from for years and they work. Looks like I'll be finding a new family doctor as they couldn't provide proper care for a decade this man fixed after talking to me for 10 minutes.
"Please don't ring through to see if the office is busy" but show up only 35 minutes after it opens and be turned away because the doctor doesn't feel like staying. Willing to wait my turn, but that doesn't work when the doctor decides they're only taking 15 or 20 patients for the money they get so anyone after 6pm is turned away. If you do get in, always make sure you know the doctor's name. It's on the wall. Take note on your phone. Know who the doctor is. Ask the receptionist to confirm who the doctor is.
Terrible diagnosing. Old man doctor has no clue what he is talking about. Front desk ladies were awesome though, they should try to find a new clinic to work at.
I saw Dr. Hertwig today and he was great and detailed! I would highly recommend St. Thomas Walk-In Medical Clinic! :) :)
