I saw Dr. Hertwig today and he was great and detailed! I would highly recommend St. Thomas Walk-In Medical Clinic! :) :)
No pictures today (Just picture a hallway and waiting room packed with sick people hacking and coughing.) It took 3 hours just to see the doctor. The doctor was super nice. The fact that he was working all day didn't seem to faze him. My daughter had an ear infection, he prescribed some medicine. Went to the drug store next door to get the medicine they said it would be an hour. Went to the Timmy's across the street and had a nice coffee and a donut. Bathrooms at the Timmy's were disgusting, lol. We got back home about 6:00 ... read more
I was very happy with the service at this Walkin clinic today. I arrived at 4:30pm, was immediately given a number and asked for my OHIP number and further information needed in order to be seen. My waiting time to see the doctor was only 20 minutes and he was very thorough with my check up and gave me good advice pertaining to my ear & throat issues that I’ve had for over a week.
