3hr wait and they still other people who came after us. What is the point of a system if you are not going to use it?
A 3 hr wait easy after you take number to register at 0630 posts a sign we are full today come back tomorrow. Only seeing 25 patients daily and only open 3 hrs. This system needs to change for St Thomas is growing, only 1 walk n clinic here and new businesses factory soon to open with employment opportunities
Very long wait times, found doctor to be very rude and impatient. Waited 3 hrs in a room full of sick people coughing and not wearing masks to see this doctor and after asking 2 different questions about a surgical wound was told very rudely he doesn't like to repeat himself and to go somewhere else if I was not satisfied with his answer. Will never return to this clinic.
