I took a tour of the property. It is a beautiful place, spacious apartments and excellent location. The only bad thing about it , they allow residents to smoke in their apartments!! That's unbelievable!! A senior apartment complex permitting smoking!! I would not recommend living there unless you don't mind the smoke.
Just so potential residents and their families know, the building is under new management and no longer has an on site 24/7 manager living there. It is independent living. Well-maintained building.
I go bananas when i see it.
