This review is regarding billing practices by the company. There was a double payment made on my visit to the Ascension St Thomas Urgent Care clinic in Hermitage for a visit in Jan 2024. I have contacted them numerous times about this and they keep referring to a prior visit in November 2023 which has already been paid by my insurance company. Saint Thomas midtown hospital is one filthy building.. The walls are nasty.. Type beds are scary to lay on they look so unsanitary.. The waiting room has trash every where
No easy access parking, and rude staff. My girlfriend sat with a broken finger screaming at the top of her lungs because it hurts so bad they only rolled their eyes and were very reluctant to give her anything for the pain. If I'm on my deathbed do not take me here take me to Vanderbilt a good quality Hospital.
