Who is this Benson Thomas I hear about that trashes patients? He doesn't want to do that to me or one of my loved ones that are seeking care.
I needed to go to emerge today. I cannot believe how efficient all the staff is -From Intake to Nurses to Dr's to Technicians etc. Almost everyone was super polite too! I would say I was in and out in 2 to 3 hours. The facility is clean too.
I was referred here by my family doctor for the removal of a pilonidal cyst I had been suffering with. Despite many non-urgent surgery referrals taking months to years in Canada, I was able to get in with Dr. Zhuruk within 1-2 months and booked for surgery right away! He was extremely kind and professional. I am very afraid of needles and this was my first surgery. The nurses were exceptionally kind, they helped me stay calm and spoke to me very nicely. Amazing friendly professional staff. They work so hard Doctors and nurses everyone. Emerg was packed and I was in and gone in 3 hours that’s amazing thank you. I was there Sunday between 9-11 pm
