I'm too scared to come back in becuase of Noah Le porte and the staff he trained.
I am beyond pleased with my experience. My anxiety was through the rough as I had strep , extremely swollen tonsils followed by bleeding tonsils. I was in a room within 20 mins. Nurse Miranda and Dr Reaume (I think that’s his name) Changed my perspective on hospitals. I used to be terrified of them, and even until today I was. But they did so amazingly with calming me down and making sure I was feeling better. They didn’t hesitate to reassure me that I wasn’t going to die. 10/10 review!!!
Fantastic staff here!!! Had my wife admitted, checked, diagnosed and treated for a life threatening issue within 2.5 hours!! Absolutely amazing!!
I have had a great experience with Dr. Chandra. It was a sad day when she left Strathroy to go to St Thomas. She is still my Dr. She is extremely thorough, will explain everything to you in English so that you can understand. Great bedside manners, love her!
Horrible staff. I had an MRI appointment scheduled for 8 AM, I arrived at 7:30 and was told to wait in the waiting room. At 8:00 (the time I was told my appointment would be) the doctor came out and took two people who had only just arrived at 7:50. I spoke to the worker at the desk to ask why I was being ignored, she told me my appointment was now at 8:40 AM. Don’t bother making an appointment at this hospital, they’ll either give you the wrong time or change the time you’re supposed to be there entirely.
