This is the first time I’ve experienced such poor treatment from a medical group/facility. I will only say I have crossed paths with some medical staff members that can be extremely unprofessional. (This is me not exposing names) (PCP’s / office staff / Obgyn) After filing an official complaint; I am still being met with inconveniences. On hold 22 mins and then they hung up. Called back put on hold again 19 mins, they picked up the line and hung up.
Even though they say they accept walk ins they don't. Staff was rude. Avoid at all cost.
